- The total solution is provided in the context of a rental model. This includes the transfer of the required software modules in the license model and the time rent of the required hardware components. The overall system to be procured includes in particular: - Operation & hosting: o The hosting of the Solution takes place by the bidder as a fully supervised service in a highly available cloud environment. o This must be ensured comprehensive measures for IT security, data protection, data backup (backup strategies) as well as for emergency and recovery management. - Administrative software (Ticketing system): O Provided by administrative software for control, setting up and parameterization of all necessary system modules and functions. - Right management & user administration: O module for the management of role and authorization models for all user groups: Ticking administration, cashier, admission, service, IT, accounting, marketing and ?a. - Product management O module for setting up, parameterization and administration of different products (day tickets, season tickets, vouchers, events, shop items). o Support more complex Tabular and cross -location rights of access. - Sales infrastructure: o Provided inpatient and mobile sales outlets (cash jobs including hardware and periphery). o Provision of a user-friendly and barrier-free web ticket shop.
