- The district of Friesland intends to build a 2-storey new building for the Heinz-Neukatkafmerchule on the approximately 39,979 sqm plot of Rodenkirchener Strasse 2a "in 26316 Varel. The building is intended to receive federal funding for efficient buildings. (Efficiency house only requires 40 % primary energy compared to a reference building), the new administrative building is to be certified and promoted as a sustainable building.
The following seal of quality for the construction project is to be achieved:
1. Evaluation system for sustainable construction - BNB, bronze
The following scope of services is planned: 2-storey school building with sports hall in hybrid construction, three components, approx. 2,800 sqm prefabricated insulated Wooden frame
Outside change elements (not supporting), roof structure sports hall, 4 x BSH-wood binder NG 24/120 cm, length approx. 15.80 m, side provider BSH
16/32, 430 sqm trapezoidal sheet on wooden binder sports hall
