TK-service audits
After a corresponding access by the TK, the contractor leads (on) on the basis of an existing criteria catalog of the TK Audits invarious TK offices. 45 departments are expected to be audited during the contract term. In order to relieve the TK and the auditors as largely as possible from administrative tasks and further increase the transparency and quality of the audits, it hasto provide a software solution (audit tool) during the contract term that digitally supports it and the TK in the preparation and implementation of the audits and the subsequent measures management.
