- The AG intends to transfer the new construction and renovation of the IGS Langenhagen in Losen to one or two general contractors. The IGS is to be expanded sevenfold. Parts of the existing building will be renovated, others will be demolished and a new building will be added. The entire construction project takes place during the ongoing operations of the IGS. The lush trees will be largely preserved if possible and must be protected during construction. As a result of the urban reorganization of the new building, the school grounds will have a connected and spacious schoolyard. Basis of the assignment the planning of LP 1-5 for the existing building and the planning of LP 1-4 for the new building, so that the future contractor, in addition to all turnkey construction services, also has the necessary planning services from service phase 6 HOAI for the existing building and from LP 5 for the new building General planner, including all specialist planning, especially TGA and outdoor facility planning.
The IGS is to be expanded sevenfold. Parts of the existing building will be renovated, others will be demolished and supplemented by a new building.
