The local company of the city of Vilsbiburg intends to establish a Gastronomy facility with a show brewery on a city's own property in the center of the city of Vilsbiburg. In the center of Vilsbiburg there is an innovative civil project that combines gastronomy, culture and civic engagement in a unique way: an inn with integrated Show brewery, operated by a citizens' cooperative. The aim is to revitalize the city center, to create a cross -generational meeting point and to strengthen the regional identity through craftsmanship brewed beer and local cuisine. At the same time, the population should actively in urban development be integrated. The technology of the show brewery is procured and operated by the cooperative "Angerbrau Vilsbiburg" eG.
