Description:
The city of Deggendorf intends the general renovation and expansion of the middle school Theodor Heuss, including the settlement of the St. Martin middle school. Services of the property planning buildings and interiors are commissioned according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI gradually in the performance phases 2-8Section 34 (3) HOAI i. V. M. Annex 10 number 10.1 HOAI. In addition, the special services of the inventory as well as the participation in the application and billing of funding including creation are commissioned to proof (planned: FAG/FAG + 15 and KfW). The architect is alsoResponsible for the KG 200 and 600, as well as for the elevator (KG 460) in the performance profile of technical equipment, which is remunerated here as a flat rate. Furthermore, the preparation of the outdoor facilities is also commissioned by the architect, the remuneration takes place by considering the KG 500 in theCorrespondingly. In addition to the middle school TheodorHeuss is rebuilt a triple gymnasium and the primary school Theodor Eckert is renovated and expanded.
