- The aim of the award process is to identify an efficient, experienced and technologically innovative provider for a new clinical information system (HIS). The selection should be based on objective, transparent and Criteria that comply with procurement law are carried out and ensures a sustainable, economically viable and future-proof system solution that meets the specific requirements of the GRN Rhein-Neckar health centers. TNWB: Klinik-Informationssystem (KIS) The introduction of a new HIS is a strategically important digitization project of the GRN health centers. It is intended to form the basis for modern, cross-sector and networked healthcare. They are correspondingly high Requirements for functionality, expandability and security of the solution. The prospective provider must provide a solution that: is scalable to accommodate both current and future organizational and technical requirements; can be interoperably connected to existing systems (e.g. laboratory, PACS, ePA, TI services); ideally based on established standards such as HL7, FHIR, IHE; the highest requirements for data protection, data security and information security (e.g. GDPR, BSI-Grundschutz, KRITIS) is sufficient; the clinical, nursing and administrative processes are fully digitally supported - from patient admission to treatment documentation to billing; a user-friendly...
