Description:
The Chamber of Crafts wants to invest in craft education in Landshut and intends to rebuild large parts of the Landshut education center. . Educational operations must be maintained during the construction phase, which is why the existing buildings A and B cannot be demolished beforehandnnen. The project is to be built in 2 construction phases and educational operations will continue in the existing buildings with as few failures and disruptions as possible. The buildings must then be demolished, which must also be supervised by the project manager. . Building D (workshopfor agricultural machinery mechanics) and building E (workshops for the construction trades) are existing buildings and are not part of the construction project. These buildings remain untouched. . The property size for the corridor numbers 1262/4, 1262/5 and 1262/6 is approx. 20,000 square meters, the gross floor area isapprox. 9,800 m2, the gross volume is approx. 44,000 m³ and the usable area is approx. 5,450 m2. The design planning will probably be completed by the time the order is placed and the Z building application will probably have been submitted by then. However, planning documents can currentlynot yet made available as the funding donors have not yet released the funding. . The new buildings will house workshops for automotive, electrical, metal, welding and orthopedic technology. The room program also includes teaching rooms, a canteen with a kitchen, etc...
