Description:
The city of Regen intends to renovate the rainy outdoor pool. The basic services of performance phases 1 to 9 for the specialist planning technical equipment for plant groups 4 and 5 in accordance with Section 55 (1) sentence 2 of the HOAI are stated. Special services are also commissioned.

The planned project includes the existing renovation of the bathroom, which is to be carried out in three construction phases. In the first construction phase, the focus is on the renovation of the non -swimmer pool. In A second step is the swimmer pool and in a third step the diving pool is renovated. The aim is to largely maintain the inventory and to ensure sustainable and modern use of the outdoor pool through the renovation measures. BA I: Non -swimmer pool, renovation or new building Depending on the planning proposal in the same way as the existing pool. It is not intended to expand or enlarge the pelvis or the operating technology for the non -swimmer pool.
