Description:
The municipality of Taufkirchen plans to establish a after -school care center for children, Winninger/ Dorfstrasse in 82024 Taufkirchen. The basic services of the service phases 1-9 are awarded for the object planning for free systems §§ 38, 39 ff. HOAI, Annex 11 to Section 39 (4), Section 40 (5). The planning also includes theParking, possibly paths, games and sports equipment as well as the bridge over the Entenbach.

The municipality of Taufkirchen has decided due to the high demand, a new building for post -school care (Hort) on Winninger Weg/To build village street. The completion of the construction work is planned for 2029 in the year (summer). Commissioning takes place at the beginning of the school year 2029 in September. According to the recommendation for the interior design ofDay facilities in the district of Munich Part 3 are planned. The new building should include the following: - 5 groups, for more than 125 children afterwards with adjoining rooms - outdoor areas traffic routes/access - parking spaces The group rooms should be on the ground floor and on the 1st floor towards the westorientate with direct reference to the outstretched open spaces. The required outdoor areas of approx. 1 250 m2 could be guaranteed by hallway No. 73/2. Running modeling is intended by fillings/embankments/retaining walls.
