Description:
The Oberbergischer Kreis intends to build a multi-storey car park (open large garage) with at least 550 parking spaces in Gummersbach - Reininghausen as a composite steel skeleton structure. The contractor must carry out the new building in a turnkey and functional manner as a total contractor including outdoor facilities and traffic areas. Only composite steel frame construction is permitted for construction.

The services to be awarded include planning all necessary trades (implementation of the client's planning concept into an approvable building application planning and system-compatible implementation planning), production, delivery and turnkey, functional and operational construction of a parking garage as a steel skeleton structure Composite construction (GFA approx. 17,000 m2) including all installations as well as planning and construction of the outdoor facilities and traffic areas.
