The contract to be awarded includes planning and construction services as a total contractor for the turnkey construction of the new administration building of Stadtwerke Schwerte GmbH as well as real estate transactions.

The contract to be awarded includes planning and construction services as a total contractor for the turnkey construction of the new building of the administration building of Stadtwerke Schwerte GmbH. The client intends to use a total contractor for the planning and construction services for to commission the new administration building, which the client, as an in-house company of the city of Schwerte, is building for Stadtwerke Schwerte GmbH. The current administration building of the Schwerte public utility company no longer meets the current space requirements. The contractor takes over the turnkey Planning and construction of the new administration building on a property in the "Dohrbaum" industrial estate in Schwerte. For this purpose, the client will conclude a rental agreement with construction obligation with Stadtwerke Schwerte GmbH. This rental agreement with construction obligation will stipulate that the client built the administration building at its own expense and rented it to Stadtwerke Schwerte GmbH.
