Description:
The castle city of Hueckeswagen, Freizeitbad, intends to commission a total person to commission the key and company-ready replacement building of a barrier-free and disabled family, school and club pool for approx. 100,000 visitors per year, at the location of the former so -called "Buergerbades", realized to the sports center 9, 42499. "Total Topic Care Commission" is defined as a commission to a joint and several liable contractor who takes over the entire planning, coordination and execution services, consisting of all necessary Planning services according to HOAI, possibly special advisory services according to AHO and all the necessary execution services, which relate to cost groups 200-600 (according to DIN 276). The new indoor pool is said to have the following equipment features: • swimmer pool 25m, four lanes of 2.5m, side entry stairs, NSB area (WT: 1.35m), 4 starting blocks, 1m diving board • Vario/ course basin 12.5m x 8m: water familiarization staircase, lifting floor (WT: 0.00m-1.80m, small children's slide without separate landing basin • small children with approx. 30m2 water/ play area with different water depths, toddler and Toddler attractions • A textile steam bath • Separate staying space on the bath plate with seating plate approx. 40-60m2 • Middle heating connection (no heating center) • required side space program In addition to the construction of a new indoor pool, the complete dismantling including recycling of all existing buildings is Part of the advertised service on the planning field, as well as the production of the outdoor facilities on the property.
