Total entrepreneurial services-demolition and new construction Heinrich-Boell-JewelCity of Cologne is the demolition and complete planning as well as the turnkey and ready-to-use construction of a school building including a 6-field gymnasium on the existing school property.
Before the new school building is builtto be able to prepare the needed construction. After the new school building has been built, the existing school building will be completely broken off to build the new 6-field gymnasium in place.Construction phase can be integrated. The construction measure is only to be implemented in this way due to the lack of interim locations.
