- According to the performance profile on the part of the AG 97.50 % (see Appendix 1), the specialist planning of technical equipment of the service phases 1-9 HOAI § 55 ff. Plant groups 1 - 6 and 8. In addition, according to § 4 of the draft contract, special services for participation in the application and Billing of funding necessary. The performance phase 1 is to begin immediately after ordering. It is a gradual assignment of the basic services and the special services in accordance with performance phases 1-3 (level 1) and in the later possibly the performance phases 4-9 (level 2) planned.
