Announcement for the commissioning of an agency for the concert and development of a digital 360 customer service platform for Hamburg. The aim is to provide comprehensive information on tourists through modern, technology -based services, to advise and offer booking options in order to offer the changedTo meet expectations of today's travelers. The new service is intended to offer an integrated user experience by intelligently networking existing and new contact points.

The project is divided into two project phases. In the first phasea concept is to be developed and an implementation plan is to be drawn up. In the second phase, technical implementation is to be gradually carried out.
