Description:
The public order office of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen as the client (AG) intends to conclude a contract for the towing, recovery and storage of all types of vehicles in the municipality of Bremen (including Bremen-Nord). The contract will, among other things, for the Bremen public order office and the Bremen police completed. This includes that the contractor must provide two storage areas in Bremen for 100 vehicles and one storage area in Bremen-Nord for 15 vehicles. When submitting the offer, it must be stated whether subcontractors will be used to provide the service or whether the bidder uses the capacities of third parties to provide the service - so-called suitability lending or the formation of a bidding consortium is provided for (see service description section 2.2 ff.). The subject of the service includes the towing, recovery and storage of all types of vehicles The Bremen public order office and the Bremen police issue individual orders in the city of Bremen (including Bremen-Nord).
