- The aim of the procurement is to redesign the open spaces in the center of the town in the immediate transition to the natural area of the Funkenbach and the Schwemm. This concerns the property planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with §38ff. HOAI 2021. In addition, the buildings adjacent to the town center are to be renovated and one be put to new use. This is a careful redesign in the area of existing building. The planning service relates to the property planning of buildings and interior spaces in accordance with §33 ff. HOAI 2021.
