  • Tracking system for polymer modification and additive
    Mixing system for polymer modification and additive
    For ongoing and planned research projects, the procurement of an induction system for polymer modification and additive (hereinafter referred to as a compounding system is Described) planned that enables a targeted adjustment of polymers. The compounding system must specialize in realizing polymer modifications through additectivation, whereby it regulates the structure of the polymer chains by adding additives such as chain extenders. It must also such compounding, in which the polymer structure is actively influenced and the addition of reinforcing fibers made from carbon or glass or graphite dodditives. A compound capacity of at least 70 kg/h must be a flexible and efficient production on the pilot scale to the system make possible. Special snail mixing elements must ensure precise mixing and processing of recycling plastics. In addition, the compounding system must have a granulating function that has to produce granulates adapted in length Processing processes enables.
