• Description:
• The subject of the tender is the conception, design, production and the complete construction and dismantling of a trade fair stand for the Film Funding Agency (FFA) as part of the CineHamburg 2026 trade fair in Hamburg. The service includes in particular: * Development of a design and functional stand concept (approx. 36 m²) taking into account communication, consulting and presentation requirements * Planning and implementation of a sustainable, preferably modular or rental-based stand Trade fair stand * Delivery, transport, set-up and technical equipment (especially lighting and electrical installation) before the start of the event * Set-up of various functional areas (including reception/info counter, meeting zones, closed meeting room, storage area) * Integration of analogue and digital presentation areas for content and branding * Ensuring functionality, acoustics (especially in the meeting room) and visitor guidance * Dismantling, removal and mandatory Storage of the stand elements after the conclusion of CineHamburg 2026, for possible reuse of the exhibition stand as part of the optional extension for CineHamburg 2027 Exhibition stands (CPV code: 39154100)
