Description: In the work packages of this tender, the causes of traffic disruptions such as congestion situations should be differentiated according to the possible influences.
For these analyzes, u.a. Timely and spatially highly resolved Floating Car Data (FCD) and data of stationary traffic meters are evaluated. In addition to the identification of road sections with capacity problems, the patterns of exceeding capacitance limits should be recognized above all.
Furthermore, the tender aims for a more detailed description of the mobility behavior in Berlin and in subsidiaries of Berlin, which result from the evaluation of the movement data.
Ultimately, measures are to be proposed, which are suitable for reducing the traffic-related air pollutant loads.
