Description:
The Billebogen Development Society MBH and Co. KG (BGEG) has been commissioned to develop the area of the planning area in Billebogen. The tasks of the BEGBEG include the planning and implementation of the area's infrastructure, taking into account the inventory in the three quarters, Billebecken (bb), new piggyback station (NHB) and city entrance Elbbruecken (SE).
In the present tender for quartier SE, planning services for object planning "transport systems" within the meaning of § 47 i. V. M. Appendix 13.1 HOAI 2021, the LB streets and AHO Issue No. 11 (The BIM method in the PLLocation process of the HOAI). The performance profile also includes the services of open space planning, management route planning, LSA planning and the (local ecological) construction monitoring. The planning area extends over an area of approx. 170,000 sqm.
The goal of the BBEG is the Edevelopment of a dense, mixed district in addition to the eastern HafenCity, in the immediate vicinity of the Elbtower and the adjacent U and S-Bahn stop Elbbruecken. There should be space for both commercial and residential use. According to the function plan, the course of theAs "motorway ears", designs referred to and down, which make it possible to better network the previously isolated district of Rothenburg via the Hafencity and Hammerbrook with the city center....
