- Description:
- Within the German Aerospace Research Center e. V., internal personnel and organizational development (POE) determines the general and strategic further training needs of the DLR workforce through various needs surveys. The POE identifies relevant training topicsand decides which topics and content in which formats are offered to the workforce via the DLR internal training program. The administrative processing of the training program is carried out via an automated learning management system. The subject of the service is the awardof training services in the general course area as part of an open house model with the aim of creating pools. If the requirements regarding suitability and qualifications (see tender documents) are met, you will be included in the POE pool "Training services for general course areas". AFrom this POE pool, personnel development selects suitable course leaders for specific topics throughout the entire term (up to four years) on a case-by-case basis to carry out training courses in the form of individual assignments. The number of services to be commissioned is not limiteddlich and is subject to annual fluctuations.
Upon inclusion in the pool, each provider receives a corresponding lot-related framework agreement. Acceptance does not constitute a claim to a specific minimum order size or to a minimum order volume for the provider.
