• Phase 1: Orientation and motivation phase. Phase 1 includes the following content: Individual profiling - competency assessment and potential analysis - elaboration of at least three career aspirations - creation of an individual development plan Establishing internship sponsorships - Recruiting and raising awareness of companies - Preparing participants for company processes - Creating an application folder - Practicing interviews and telephone applications - Application training - Preparation for assessment centers - Advantage translation of internships Career Check The aim is to enable participants to translate their personal requirements (inclination, aptitude and performance) to the requirements of professions and activities to set ratio. The career check includes at least: - Information about the professional activities in question and their requirements - Consideration of the participant's interests, skills and abilities - Personality profile of the person Participants - Development of three development perspectives and suitable professions, taking into account the regional funding offers - Review of the activity decision made - Acquisition of company training places - Support of the Participants in the self-search for training and internship positions, - Assisted placement, - Information on financial support services as well as offers in coordination with the responsible funding provider - Mandatory company visits - Participation in job and training fairs - Presentation of new job profiles - Discussion of gender-atypical jobs - Knowledge of the training market Improvement of key competencies Key competencies are to be developed and developed as interdisciplinary competencies strengthen.
