Description:
The EVZ Foundation plans to buy, commission and long -term operation of a "customer relationship management" (CRM) system to make its work processes more efficient. The CRM system is intended to serve projects, contacts and relationships with various stakeholders such as To manage and optimize partners, experts, sponsors and project participants centrally. In the EVZ, the CRM system would be relevant, for example, for the areas of "acting" and the administration of third-party and funding. It should be exchanged with applicants, partners and Project participants make it easier, support the management of funding and optimize communication as well as the organization of campaigns and projects. The aim is to promote transparency and efficiency in administrative control to the strategic and operational goals of the foundation to implement better. The introduction of the CRM system is embedded into a higher-level digitization strategy, which in turn is a central component of the foundation's quality management.
