Description:
Cologne/Bonn GmbH Airport plans to carry out the transformation of its SAP landscape to S/4HANA. As part of our overall project for the introduction of S/4HANA, Cologne/Bonn Airport carried out a preliminary project, which included the phases discover and prepare. The result of this preliminary project is a compendium of the relevant processes and interfaces as well as the decision to use the transformation scenario Brownfield. The underlying object of order includes support services for the project "Introduction S/4 HANA@CGN" with the phases "Explore to Run" for the SAP ERP ECC systems for finance/logistics and for HCM. In addition to the implementation of the conceptual and technical activities relevant to the phases, the contractor also takes over the relevant tasks of project management.
