Description:
3.1 Scope of services (assessment of the suitability as a result of the work described below should be developed by a conscious transformation plan for the existing district heating supply areas. Transformation plans serve the purpose of presenting the temporal, technical and economic conversion of existing heat network with the aim of complete supply through climate -neutral heat -neutral sources by 2045. Transformation plan concrete measures in determinable time horizons as well as the necessary resources. The first-way scope of performance and- content is first about the creation of a transformation plan with the following goals: (a) Basic determination for the transformation process, (b) Qualification for the following module- in particular the investment and operating costs promotion, (c) fulfillment Requirements from the federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG).
