- A total of 19 exhibitions of the German Museum will be updated or completely redesigned for the modernization of the German Museum ("Future Initiative") currently taking place ("Future Initiative"). A central component for a positive visitor experience after the first phase of modernization is a digital museum guide that offers visitors background information, orientation and service. In addition to German, the e of the museum guides should also be available in English.
This order is intended to create the basis for translating the audio texts for the museum guide into British English.
The text to be translated deals with topics of the exhibitions of atomic physics, image writing codes, bridges and hydraulic engineering, chemistry, electronics, energy engines, photo and film, foucault pendulum, health, historical aviation, children, agriculture and nutrition, mathematics, model railway, Modern aviation, music, optics, space travel, robotics.
