• Description:
• For a period of one year, the contractor is responsible for the transport and recycling or disposal of screening and screening residues, sand trap residues and waste from sewer cleaning in the association's own sewage treatment plants. There is the option to Annual contract extension for one year each, but a maximum of up to four years. The service includes the following annual standard quantities: - approx. 80 t of screening and screening residues (AVV code: 190801) from the Gera power plant - approx. 80 t of screening and screening residue (AVV code: 190801) from wastewater treatment plants from emptying tours - approx. 250 t of sand trap residues (AVV code: 190802) from the Gera power plant - approx. 50 t of sand trapping residues (AVV code: 190802) from sewage treatment plants from emptying routes - approx. 200306) from the Gera power plant a total of 20 sewage treatment plants and the Gera sewage treatment plant. The quantities given are estimates based on the residual waste generated in previous years. However, this does not give rise to a claim by the contractor to an annual minimum or maximum quantity not derive. Excess or short quantities must therefore be taken into account in the unit prices. Any changes will not result in price changes. The framework agreement ends automatically as soon as the maximum value of €665,000 is reached, regardless of the Contract term.
