S. d. Ordinance (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and the Council on October 23, 2007 on public transport services (VO 1370/2007) to issue a public service mandate (OeDA) via public passenger services in its area of responsibility. The subject of the intended OeDA are all current and future public transport services on the Line Garmisch-Partenkirchen-Grainau-Eibsee.

The OeDA refers to transport services of public transport within the meaning of § 8 PBefG regardless of the design of the operating form in detail (in particular line traffic within the meaning of Sections 42, 43 PBefG and flexible Operating forms within the meaning of § 44 PBefG). The operator will be granted exclusive law within the limits of Section 8a (8) PBefG.
The OeDA will include regulations that the transport offer within the traffic needs that are determined in the OeDA and to the local transport plan of the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in its applicable version as well as other changed circumstances (such as technical developments, concerns of environmental and climate protection) must be adapted.
