Transport services for the geriatric day clinic of the Nuremberg Clinic
Driving service for patients of the Geriatric Day Clinic of the Nuremberg Clinic, Campus Nord. There will be work(Mondays - Fridays) Promotion services cognitively and physically functionally restricted day -clinical patients from their apartment to the geriatric day clinic and back. The average length of stay of the patient is around 2.8 weeks. In the year approx. 270Patients looked after. All tours are to be driven with driving and accompanying staff. The driving service is a non -qualified ambulance. It is a traffic that requires approval with rental cars according to §49 PBefG. Number of patients: up to max. 15. Covering area: up to 15 km radiusfrom the Nuremberg Campus North Clinic. Maximum travel duration: approx. 45 minutes. Transport type: exclusively sitting. Bring time: Monday - Friday between 8:45 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Pick -up time: Monday - Friday at 3:30 p.m. Support services: Accompanied entry from the front door (also on requestfrom the apartment door), take away assistants including rollators (= largest aids) and hand luggage. No transportation of infectious patients and patients with acute medicine. The tours are to be run without interruption/break. Traveler traffic by the contractor are notpermissible ... - Documents:
