• Steel construction The subject of the tender is steel construction and metal construction work to implement fire protection measures in an existing building. The services essentially include the dismantling of an existing internal staircase, planning, static calculation, Manufacture and assembly of a new necessary internal steel staircase including steps, railings and additional handrail, as well as the manufacture of an electrically operated roof hatch from the 2nd floor to the roof area Fall protection, electrical connection, safety railings and all necessary additional services. The work is carried out during ongoing operations and must be closely coordinated with neighboring trades.
