Description:
In the future, the Federal Administrative Court will be responsible for the development of the entire administrative judicial case law of the Federal Republic of Germany from mid -2026). It works in a documentation network with the other federal courts and the Federal Constitutional Court together. For the case law of the higher administrative courts and the administrative courts, the content of the content is to take place by external documentation points that systematically classify the assigned decisions, link and with other legal information and possibly provided with an orientation rate according to the rules of the documentation network.
