The subject of this open procedure is the conclusion of a contract for special care in accordance with Section 140a SGB V for digital intestinal cancer.
Treaty for special care in accordance with Section 140a SGB V "Digital Colon Cancer Fruition"
Subject of the present open Procedure is the conclusion of a contract for special care in accordance with § 140a SGB V for digital colon cancer early detection (D-ofobt). With this contract, the client intends its insured - in addition to the early cancer detection within the framework of the Directive for Organized Cancer detection programs (OKFE-RL)-to offer a low-threshold and simple access path to colon cancer screening using ifobt in the sense of the OKFE guideline. The offered range of services consists of several components and includes the provision of a test kit/stool removal test (Ifob test), whose order is made via a landing page, as well as the stool examination in accordance with II.D § 9 of the OKFE guideline and the transmission of the test result to the insured. A detailed description of the service is the application conditions as Annex 1 on the contract (Appendix 1 of the Application conditions) attached.
