• SBH | School Construction Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account to manage and rent the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). ------------------ Creation of the 5-grade system in the primary school Trenknerweg 136 through a new building (building 08) and through renovations in the Buildings 01, 05 and 06. In addition, the sports hall (building 03) and the classroom wing (building 05) are to be renovated. With the exception of the new building (multi-purpose hall, building 07), the school location is a listed building. Buildings 01 (administrative building), 03 (sports hall) and 06 (currently the preschool building) are single-storey. Class buildings 04, 05 and the new building (multi-purpose hall, building 07) are two-story. To achieve the 5-speed system, around 656 m² of additional space is to be created through an extension next to the already constructed new building (Building 07).
