Description:
DB Netz AG intends to build a new functional building in Rostock. Lot 1 includes the deep foundation with approx. 50 bored piles, the in-situ concrete shell of the two-storey building with a gross floor area of approx. 1400 m2 including roof waterproofing and the facing masonry. Lot 2 includes the constructiong an external steel staircase and steel substructures for building services on the roof as well as their fencing. 14 external doors, more than 35 extra-high window elements including sun and glare protection as well as approx. 10 steel and over 20 wooden internal doors are the main services of lot 3. Lot 4 includesInterior design with light partition walls, suspended ceilings, painting, various floor coverings, hollow and raised floors as well as screed. Lot 5 is dedicated to the grounding and lightning protection system. The room air and refrigeration technology with several ventilation and multi-split systems is the content of lot 6.Lot 7 includes the sanitary facilities for 2 urinals, 6 toilets, 6 washbasins and two showers as well as the heating system.
