General renovation and expansion of building S2|10 of the Technical University of Darmstadt (TUDa). The building was built in 1895 as an institute building for chemistry by Prof. Erwin Marx and is one of the oldest buildings in the ensemble as a registered cultural monument in accordance with Section 9 HDschG
Hochschulstrasse.Part of the building will later be used as a laboratory, the main part will be used for offices. The main usable area is approx. 3400 sqm, 1 basement - basement - ground floor - 2 upper floors - attic the individual BekaNotices for the respective subject areas can be found.
