TU - Interim extension in wooden module construction
On the site Eygelshovener Strasse there are existing buildings (container system), which are already used by the high school. From the school year 26/27, the commissioning of further module buildings is required,to cover the space requirement until the move to Rondorf on the school year 2029/2030. The sports requirements are covered in the first few years by surrounding sports halls. From the school year 2027/28, an interim gymnasium is planned, which is part of the
temporarily required buildings. By the space requirementFrom the school year 26/27, processing in two construction phases would be necessary. In the first construction phase, two classrooms and two NW rooms including a preparatory room would have to be built, the remaining rooms and the sports hall could also be completed for the school year 27/28. It mustIt is ensured that the first construction phase can be used by school while the second construction phase is still being built. This includes that the access to the building and also within the building does not represent any dangers for the users. The high school is said to be through a multi -storeyWood module construction and a 1-field sports hall are supplemented. The structures are realized as a temporary system. The buildings are to be planned in such a way that the dismantling, transport and reconstruction are easy to implement. The new building must be planned and implemented in a barrier -free manner.
