Description:
The city of Frechen intends to build the new construction of a 5 -speed cluster school as a so -called rotary building (in the future different use through different school forms and purposes) including associated outdoor facilities as part of a negotiation procedure with participation competition in accordance with VOB /A - EU forgive. The allocation is made as a total entrepreneurial performance (planning and turnkey construction). The turnkey establishment of the five -year secondary school I including all -day areas in serial construction / modular construction is approx. 10,500m2 BGF. The construction project takes place In several construction phases defined by the room program - in total in up to a maximum of four construction phases. The 1st construction phase must be planned and executed in such a way that the corresponding areas and functions at the beginning of the school year 2027/28, i.e. in July 2027, were completed and can be handed over ready for operation.
