The subject of this tender The building management of the city of Cologne (AG) is the complete planning as well as the turnkey and operational construction of a school building in container construction, along with outdoor facilities and its connection to the transport and technical infrastructure a general contractor (TU) based on a functional service description (FLB). The container facility remains the property of the TU and is rented by the client, see rental agreement, appendix A38_rental agreement. The basic period is 36 months. The ones in the The dates specified in Appendix 38 must be adhered to. In addition, it is necessary to submit the building application by November 2026 at the latest.
