• Description:
• Construction is currently underway on a new cardiac center, which is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2026. Planning for a new central clinic between House 60a and House 10 is in a preliminary investigation phase. House 60a is currently over A connecting corridor on level -1 is connected to house 10. As a preliminary measure, this corridor should be extended towards house 61 (heart center) so that the heart center has a connection to house 60a via house 10. The connection between house 10 and the heart center is an early measure for the new construction of the central clinic to ensure the supply of house 61. The connecting corridor must be expandable so that in the future the heart center will also be directly connected to the new central clinic and H60a can. In the course of establishing the tunnel connection, adjustment work is required on the existing roof (in the area connecting to the new building). In particular, the existing roof drainage must be moved from the east side to the north side in accordance with the new conditions of the existing roof are redirected. Accordingly, the following work is planned and carried out: - Dismantling the existing gravel/substrate structure and roof sealing in the edge area of the roof - Dismantling the roof sealing in the attic area - Dismantling the existing roof drainage such as attic drains, attic emergency overflows, spouts, rainwater downpipes, etc. - Redirection of the roof drainage from the east to the north side of the existing roof by laying new drainage channels, installing new attic drains and Rainwater downpipes - Production of the required core drillings - Restoration of the roof structure including sealing of the parapet
