• Turnkey construction of a nursing home The 3.5-story building includes 6 living groups with 15 places each, a dementia group with 10 places, a day care with 15 places, as well as general rooms, ancillary rooms and rooms for staff Administration. There are 18 serviced apartments in 3 buildings on the green roof, which are accessed via covered paths. The residential group sections, which are structurally offset, are structured around 3 inner courtyards that are open to the top and which surround the adjacent ones Illuminate floor areas. Two of the atriums do not have a basement and are connected to the ground for planting. The third courtyard is above the ceiling of the underground car park. The vertical access in the building takes place via 3 staircases and 3 corresponding ones Elevators. The energy standard Efficiency House 40 must be achieved for the building. The building will be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the QNG sustainability certification. The project should be built and handed over ready for occupancy (turnkey construction).
