TZH-Baii.2B-411-01: Extended shell construction
The second construction phase to be implemented at the Heitenblick location (BA II.2B) includes the new construction of the business workshop (BW), the new construction of the main warehouse (HL) within the infrastructure workshop (IW), the conversionof the social building (see), the completion of the associated track infrastructure and outdoor facilities.
The award unit 411-01 includes the significant partial services within the operating workshop:

- 3200 m2 scaffolding (facade framework, 3kn/m2, height up to 10m)
- 30000 m³ of earthwork (construction pitDepth up to 6m, including water posture)
- 1700 m2 construction work (berliner construction, partially returned, profile length up to 11 m, 1 track crossing)
- 1800 m³ building pit backfilling (liquid floor, laying of various media systems around the building)
- 3500 m2 building roads and construction stabilization
-1000 m2 masonry work (inner walls, KS 175)
- 6800 m2 reinforced concrete floor plate (thick 1.3m to 1.8m, reinforcement-optimized construction using standardized target tearing profiles, including installation of media pipes inside and below the floor slab, component activation in sub-areas)
- 3300m2 place concrete (inner and outer walls)
- 2500 m2 element walls (inside and external walls)
- 2500 m2 full-friendly parts (inner and outer walls)
- 1700 LFM finish supports (inside and outside)
- 5100 m2 element or semi-precast ceiling
- 2600 t reinforcement
