Description:
The overall system to be created is a private cloud-based Unified Communica-Bung Solution, which is provided by the contractor, including all the necessary hardware and software components. In this context, the contractor delivers and installsThe necessary hardware components and leaves the required standard software (in particular a UC client, an ACD-light module and integration components for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams). The implementation and configuration of the UC solution takes place in total16 locations of the client. In addition, the object of the contract includes the training of administrators and selected user groups of the client as well as the subsequent management of the UC solution as a managed service. The latter in particular includes the ongoing maintenance of the system solutionby the contractor (support, implementation of Mac - Moves, Adds, Changes -, import of updates and monitoring).
