Description:
The increase in quantity around the GVZ Ulm freight transport center will continue to increase significantly and continuously, in particular due to the expansion of the GVZ and the numerous KV-savvy customers. It is expected to double the cover volume to up to 300,000 Le P.A. at the Ulm location.For this reason, the existing system is to be expanded by a second envelope module
Module 2.
For the period of approx. 30 months, a temporary/construction -time office building is also required as a disposition building or dispos building.
