- The aim of the tender is to procure a cloud-based, state-wide, client-capable travel management system for the authorities and institutions of the Free State of Saxony. The services include a service operated by the contractor Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system including the necessary interfaces for automated data exchange with the IT systems of the Free State of Saxony. The system must be intuitive to use and all processes relating to a business trip must be complete Consistently digitally mapped - from the application including the application for travel funds, through approval and billing with tax audit, to the payment and booking of travel expenses. There is also an automated reporting system to provide. The operation of the data center, data processing and storage, data backup and further development of the system must take place entirely within the European Union, the EEA or Switzerland (if a An adequacy decision in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR exists). The contractor must also provide valid certification according to DIN ISO/IEC 27001 for the SaaS solution offered, including the directly connected services.
