Description:
The subject of the award is the construction of clean rooms with the classification S2 Gem. GentSV and BiostoffVo and clean room class B according to the GMP guide EU in the new building complex Body and Brain Institute Muenster (BBIM). In the new clean rooms of the BBIM, a large Car-T cell manufacturing center to be established in order to produce somatic cell therapeutic agents for clinical use on a large scale. This cell therapy is so-called autogenic chimera antigen-receptor-T cells (car-t cells), the new perspectives regarding targeted immunotherapy Open the malignant diseases. The functional tender is based on the user requirements specification (URS) and defines the technical requirements for the newly created manufacturing area to use a routine operation or manufacture and shipping according to the manufacturing permit §13 AMG make possible. The following systems are functionally advertised: - Pure space cover (wall, ceiling) and inner walls according to the layout and sealing request including doors, access control, locks with appropriate lock control, material as well as the necessary Interface arrangements for the on -site services - associated ventilation technology from the transfer point in the technical shaft (central ventilation devices on site) including the associated GLT - safety workbenches including connection to ventilation technology and clean room - factory and assembly planning and commissioning of the clean room area for the above systems.
