- The construction work is located in Muenster on Von-Esmarch-Strasse. The client is the Muenster University Hospital. The existing gatekeeper house, which consists of a ground floor and a hipped roof, was already expanded to a radiological practice in 2017, which is designed for two MRI devices.Due to the increased space and space requirement, a second, three-storey expansion with complete basement is to be realized. In the extension building, radiological practice on the ground floor is supplemented by a third MRI device. There are office and social spaces on the upper floorsas well as other examination rooms, including a CT device on the 2nd floor. As with the existing building and the first expansion of 2017, the new building on the ground floor as a massive base receives a veneer facade. The upper floors are as a metal facade with large -scale window areasexecuted. The expansion has a gross area of approx. 3,190 m3, of which approx. 966.5 m3 are to be attributed to the basement. The Attic height of the expansion is +10.45 m. 01.01.01.
