In this process, the client intends to award a contract for consulting and planning services for the creation of a functional specifications (FLB) for the construction of the new building for the NCT (National Center for Tumor Diseases).

The National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT for short) is a long-term cooperation between the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), excellent partners in university medicine and other outstanding ones Research partners at various locations in Germany. The top oncology centers Tuebingen-Stuttgart (CCC-TS) and Ulm (CCCU) form the joint NCT SuedWest location. A new building is being planned by the University Hospital of Tuebingen at the NCT SuedWest headquarters in Tuebingen. On the part of An initial feasibility study was created by the Tuebingen State Property and Construction Office based on a spatial program commissioned by the clinic, which is currently being modified/adapted by the clinic. For cost reasons, in addition to urban planning deviations from the master planning, Areas in the spatial program can be reduced. A second NCT construction phase should be able to be realized on the property at a later date. This second construction phase is currently not part of the project planning.
