The Free State of Saxony is building a multi -storey research building for the University of Leipzig.
The subject of the tender exterior facilities are landscaping work for creation the outdoor facilities around the building, in the courtyard and on two roof areas above the first and fifth floor.
The outdoor facilities have a total area of approx. 2,200m2.
Of these, there are 150m2 in the all -sided inner courtyard, 200m2 in the lower cellar and covered arcade on the ground floor, adjacent To the surrounding public sidewalks, 650m2 on the roof terrace above the first floor and 1,200m2 on the roof above the fifth floor.
